New Summary Eviction
LPS Requires two business days to process your summary eviction.
***Please check your calculations. Any revisions may delay the eviction process and additional fees will be incurred. Please be advised that any cancellation is subject to a $65.00 cancelation fee. In addition, LPS will only hold an eviction request for one (1) week. If instructions on how to proceed are not received at that time LPS reserves the right to close out your request with a cancellation fee.
